Recently we have been going through a series called iLife. So far we have talked about Soundtrack (listening to God and hearing His plan for your life) and Facetime (prayer). Next we heard about Angry Birds (anger) and App Store (what you are investing your life in).

In the Angry Birds message, we talked about anger and how the only solution to our anger is Jesus. We first have to recognize that anger is a serious problem. Matthew 5:21-26 talks about anger and murder. It makes a comparison of the two by saying that both murderers and those who won’t let go of their anger are both subject to judgment. iLife. I and life put together. So we are talking about your life. This series has been great! A good insight on how your life should include God in several different ways. The two that stuck out to me the most were Soundtrack and Facetime. Soundtrack was about listening to God. There is so much noise in this world. Sit in silence for a moment. Now was it really silent? Even with no one talking you can hear cars driving by, neighbors bringing out their garbage cans, the dishwasher running. The world is constantly moving making us want everything now; answers now, a specific plan now, a miracle now. We have been influenced by the world to set a goal, make a plan, and achieve that goal as soon as we can. But God doesn’t want that. He wants you to come to Him. He wants you to trust …
